Hello, we are Becca and Zack! First of all, we’d like to thank you for reading our story and getting to know more about us. While we have no way truly knowing what is that you are going through right now, we deeply admire your decision to consider an adoption plan.

We are high school sweethearts. We met in our freshman English class in 2007 and have been together ever since. We dated for seven years before getting married on a beautiful summer day in 2014.

We moved into our single-story home just a few years ago, and have slowly been making it our own ever since. Our favorite part of the home is the living room. It is a place that we all gather together and spend time just relaxing.

We share our home with our two small dogs and one cat. Harley is a male Maltese who is definitely a mommy’s boy. Winnie is a female Morkie that is very playful and energetic at times, but is the best at snuggling. Our cat, Rocky, has a very laid back personality.

Since we live in Indiana we get to experience all four seasons, And with each passing season, our activities and interest change!

Spring: After being cooped up in the house all winter, we take advantage of the warmer days and plant some new flowers and mulch. We like to get outside of our house looking nice and prepare for summer.

Growing up, we both were very close with our cousins and siblings, and we still have great relationships with them to this day. In fact, they’re probably the people that we get together with the most! Many of our siblings and cousins have kids now, so it is fun to see our daughter being so close with their kids too! Eden is especially close with our niece and nephew on Becca’s side, and it warms our heart seeing how happy they get whenever they're together. We love knowing that our kids will get to go to school together and be close knit, just like we were when we were younger.

Eden is the sweetest little five-year-old. One of her favorite things to do is just cuddle and have a movie day/night. She loves her sleep, which is something we are so very thankful for! Her favorite animal is our big, black cat, Rocky. She loves spending time with her friends and family when we get together. Eden is also following in her mom's footsteps with her love of cleaning and organizing.

My husband, Zack, is one incredible man! Seeing him become a dad made my love for him grow even more than what I thought was possible. My heart melts everytime I hear our daughter ask him to go play and make more lifelong memories.He loves teaching Eden sports such as soccer, golf, and just playing catch in the yard. I have no doubt that he will want to do the exact same thing when we welcome a new child into our home!

Becca is the greatest person I have ever met and I am so glad to have her as a wife and mother to Eden. She is the kindest, most loving individual. I love seeing her be a mother to our daughter. My heart fills with joy when I see them two together whether they’re painting nails or making supper. Seeing her grow as a mother, I know for sure that she’ll love any child who joins our family through adoption as her own.
